HC reprimanded Telangana police for unlawfully arresting employees in the IT Grids case, says Andhra Pradesh IT Minister

Minister for IT and Panchayat Raj Nara Lokesh tweeted on Monday that justice prevailed in the case pertaining to alleged theft of data belonging to Telugu Desam Party (TDP), saying that Telangana High Court has reprimanded the local police for unlawfully arresting four employees of IT Grids (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Lokesh claimed that the High Court has questioned the reason for taking the employees as witnesses without serving them prior notices and it was shocked to see the police take the signature of the VRO on blank papers.
He asserted that the TDP data has been stolen using the police and through some extra-judicial tactics and handed over to YSR Congress Party (YSRCP). "Every voter is watching how all the anti-A.P. forces ganged up against the Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. But, can they steal the respect and admiration people have for the CM," he questioned.
In a previous tweet, Mr. Lokesh said employees of the IT company were kidnapped and their families harassed and threatened with dire consequences. Aren't the triumvirate of Modi-KCR-Jagan ashamed of using the executive powers for stealing (data)? he asked.
